Bio:

After practice in Philadelphia with Wolf, Block, Schorr & Solis-Cohen, Mr. Korngold taught-and was associate dean for academic affairs-at the New York Law School. He joined the faculty in 1987 and was named dean in 1997. He has taught Property, Real Estate Transactions, and Wills, Trusts, and Future Interests. In addition to many articles, he is the author of Private Land Use Arrangements: Easements, Covenants, and Equitable Servitudes (2004), coauthor of two casebooks, Real Estate Transactions (2004) and Cases and Text on Property (2004), and co-editor of Property Stories (2004). He served as an adviser to the American Law Institute's Restatement (Third) of Property-Servitudes.
